All custom made products are YOUR property from the time the order is Confirmed. Please be aware that because of the hand-made nature of our products, no two items will be EXACTLY alike and may vary in color and detail. The time required to complete a custom/special order product varies according to the detail involved in creating the order. Custom or special orders may be cancelled within 72 hours and your deposit will be fully refunded. Custom orders after 72 hours are considered YOUR property and cannot be cancelled. Cancellations after the initial 72 hours will result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.

Custom-made clothing requires a 50% deposit when ordered and 50% payment on first or final measure. Non-clothing items require 50% deposit when ordered and full payment prior to shipment or delivery. Deposits apply to items purchased at store only.

Refunds or Exchanges - non-custom products will be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from date of purchase. These items must be in the same condition as when purchased. If purchased at the store, item must be returned to the store, if purchased via the internet or telephone, please send your packages to us via insured and prepaid USPS mail. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Refunds or exchanges DO NOT apply to Rush Custom Orders. Rush Custom orders require full payment upon placing order.

Shipping is by USPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Returned personal checks will be charged a $35 dollar fee. This does not represent any fees charged by your bank.
