"Can I order an item in a color or with detail other than what is shown? What about sizes?"
Yes. Our specialty is custom made to measure clothing. Send us a picture, drawing, or cut and paste clippings that describe your child’s dream outfit. We are happy to help you elaborate on your ideas.
"Are the items shown on your web site the only items you offer?"
No. We are a working showroom located at, 62-77 Woodhaven Blvd. in Rego Park, Queens (New York City) with a bright and airy storefront carrying an extensive collection of ready made items. If you can’t visit us personally send us an e-mail and we can send you details and photos of what interests you.
"Any suggestions with regards to color or detail?"

"What do you consider a " RUSH " order?"
Different seasons have different timelines. For instance, while we will accept your order for a custom-made Halloween costume at any time of the year, any order accepted as of October 1 is considered a rush order; should you need a flower girl's dress and the wedding is a week away, that's considered a rush order. But don't despair, contact us, we've been known to "help" a customer out of hot water from time to time. Please understand that a rush order cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
"How long will it take to complete my order?"
Available stock items will be shipped within 72 hours. Custom or special orders vary depending on several factors: season, detail and availability of materials.
"How will I receive my order? Can I have it gift wrapped? Do you put a receipt in the shipment?"
Our standard shipping method is USPS, so you should receive the item within 7 business days after shipment is processed. Rush orders can be shipped overnight at additional cost. Our items are wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a white cardboard box, and we add a tulle bow. The receipt should come to you electronically when you place your order. We include a packing receipt with the shipment which does not include prices.
"Do you accept phone orders?"
Yes, although we prefer that you place your order on line, we will accept a phone order. However, please make sure you are prepared with the necessary information, i.e., color, detail, size or measurements, etc. We will be happy to assist you if you're not sure. We will confirm your phone order via email or fax.
